In June 2024 our Parish priest, Reverend Michael Donaldson and his wife will visit the Diocese of the Rift Valley in Tanzania, in response to an invitation from the Bishop, The Right Reverend John Lupaa. 

The parish has had a link to that Diocese for several years.

The Parish Council recognises that water security is a major challenge in that Diocese and so is sending a gift of two 15,000 litre water tanks. One tank is funded by the Parish Council, and the people of the parish have the opportunity to contribute to an appeal for the second one. The target is $2000.

This gift will have a lasting benifit to the communities where they are located.
