BREAKFAST CLUB
Bracken Ridge State School
Each Tuesday morning we run the Breakfast Club providing toast or toasties to help children have a great start to the day. We have found this a helpful way to become better know in our community.
Walking Group
From 8 am on the THIRD Saturday of the month, we have a group that gathers to walk around Douse Lagoon in Sandgate. We meet at Rotary Park in Hoskins St. Dogs are welcome but not compulsory.
Men’s Breakfast
From 7 am on the FIRST Saturday of the month, we have a gathering of men at Holy Spirit Bracken Ridge. We have a guest speaker and are all done before 9 am. We extend a welcome to all men to join us.
Knitting Circle
Would you like to learn how to knit? Or does the thought of sitting with others having a chat while you knit appeal to you? Then join us on the LAST Friday of the month at Holy Spirit Bracken Ridge from 11 am. Items made will be donated to local Nursing Homes.
Mainly Music
Monday mornings are music time
at The Church of the Holy Spirit,
103 Denham St Bracken Ridge.
Registration opens at 9:00am
with music getting underway at 9:15am.
All Pre School children are welcome. The program supports your child’s development with rhythm, colours, body movement, counting and interaction with other children.
Morning tea is provided for the children and parents.
Playtime gives parents time to chat with other parents or enjoy play time with their child.
All are welcome just come along by 9am on any week in school term time.
